"I am so impressed with the way Omni gently conveys much that is beyond words, transmitting his experience of Chi / Shen cultivation. I chose the start of this chapter, Traditional Techniques of Spiritual Cultivation, pp 134-143, which contains a series of treasures about internal cultivation and Chi transformation. I have read these passages several times and I am sure I will read them again several more times.
I think these pages bring either new light and guidance for my practice or open new questions regarding the Tan Tiens, the microcosmic orbit circulation and more. This topic may be a repeat for some, however, discussing this might be very valuable for our experience and our understanding of this text.
