About the Authors
Maoshing Ni, Ph.D., O.M.D., L.Ac. is heir to the accumulated knowledge of 37 generations of traditional Chinese medical doctors. Cathy McNease, B.S., M.H. is co-author of 101 Vegetarian Delights and the newly revised Tao of Nutrition. She has received degrees with honors from Western Michigan University and Emerson College of Herbology.
